2. What you are buying

Access to the Mean Truth Fitness member area. It is a training platform you use in your web browser. It is not a physical product, a coaching service, a personalised plan, or an app you install from an app store.

The membership covers 366 levels across four seasons: Muscle Primer, Mass Protocol, Lean Blueprint, Hybrid Method and Fighting Fit. It includes the session tracker, check in records, nutrition and hydration targets, the recovery guide and the briefings.

Seasons release across the year. The home page states which seasons are built and which are still to come, and that statement forms part of this contract. Levels unlock as you reach them. You cannot pay to skip ahead.

Features unlock at set levels. The home page and the member area both say which.

3. How the contract is made

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract exists once we confirm it and open your account. If we cannot supply the membership we will tell you and refund you in full.

Checkout and card payments are handled by our payment provider. You may be asked to accept their terms as well as ours. We do not see or store your card details.

4. Membership

The free primer

Every new account starts with a free trial: levels 1 to 7 of the primer, for 7 days from sign up. No card is taken, and nothing is charged.

The trial ends after 7 days or when you complete level 7, whichever comes first. To carry on into Season One you buy the membership below.

The membership

Our fully interactive platform is a fixed cost of £299 for all 366 levels: a whole year's worth of in depth guidance at your fingertips, completed at your own pace. Once you reach the end at level 366, you can refresh the seasons for £49, and that is completely your choice. Nothing renews automatically and we never take a payment you have not chosen to make.

The price is shown before you confirm and includes any VAT. A price change never applies to a payment you have already made.

5. Access

Your account opens as soon as payment clears. There is no physical delivery and no delivery charge.

Access has no time limit while Mean Truth Fitness operates. If we ever close the platform we will give members at least 90 days' notice.

The member area runs in a current web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. You need a working internet connection. We do not guarantee it will work on every device or browser ever made, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access: we may take it down briefly for maintenance or to fix something.

6. Ending your membership

There is nothing to cancel. Your access covers all 366 levels, completed at your own pace. When you finish, the choice is yours whether to refresh the platform and go again.

You can delete your account from the Account page at any time, which removes your data with it. Deleting your account does not by itself create a refund; section 7 covers refunds.

7. Your 14 day right to change your mind

You have 14 days from the day the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. That is your right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Because your account opens straight away, you are asked at checkout to agree that the service starts immediately. Agreeing does not remove this right.

If you ask within 14 days of any payment, we refund that payment in full. After 14 days the payment is not refundable.

Every payment has its own 14 days: the joining payment, a refresh and a retry alike.

To use this right, write to us inside the 14 days. You do not need a particular form of words.

8. Retries

Retries are £0.99, charged separately and shown before you confirm.

A retry resets one level so you can take it again. Once you have used a retry it is not refundable.

9. Your rights if something is wrong

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we must supply this service with reasonable care and skill, and the digital content in it must be of satisfactory quality, fit for the purpose you told us about, and as described.

If it is not, you can ask us to put it right. If we cannot, or we do not do it within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, you can ask for a price reduction of up to the whole amount you paid.

If our digital content damages your device or other content, and we have not used reasonable care and skill, you can ask us to repair the damage or compensate you.

10. Your account, and what you may do with it

Your membership is personal to you. We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the member area for your own training for as long as Mean Truth Fitness operates.

You may not

• Share your account, your login or your access with anyone else.
• Resell, rent, sub-licence or give away your membership.
• Copy the programme content and publish it anywhere others can get it.
• Reproduce it in your own product, coaching or content.

Keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has it.

We may suspend or end a membership that is being shared or resold. Where we do, we refund the unused part.

We keep all copyright and other intellectual property in the programme.

11. Health and safety

The programme is educational material. It is not medical advice and it is not a substitute for it. It is written for healthy adults.

Talk to a doctor before starting any nutrition or exercise programme, and stop and get medical help if something hurts or feels wrong. You are responsible for training within your own capability.

We are not liable for loss you suffer because you used the programme in a way we did not describe, or against medical advice.

12. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where the law does not allow it. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for your statutory rights as a consumer.

Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the total you have paid us.

We are not liable for business losses. We supply to consumers for personal use.

13. Changes

We may change these terms. The version that applies to a payment is the one published when you made it, and we will tell you before any change takes effect.

We will keep developing the platform: adding levels, releasing seasons, and fixing things. We will not remove a substantial part of what you paid for. If we ever had to, you could cancel and we would refund the unused part.

14. Complaints and the law that applies

If something is wrong, email support@meantruthfitness.com. We would rather fix it than argue about it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can bring proceedings in your own courts as well as in England and Wales.

We do not use an alternative dispute resolution provider.
